Game Rules

1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win this competition.
2. Closing date for entries is midnight on the final day of each calendar month. At this time, the game’s high scores will revert to zero and a fresh promotion will begin.
3. There is one prize in total each month consisting of choice from the ‘Selección de Tapas’ at your chosen La Tasca restaurant.
4. The promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over.
5. The promotion is not open to employees of La Tasca, their agencies or anyone else connected with the creation or administration of the promotion.
6. No responsibility is taken for entries lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete due to server functions, virus, bugs or any other causes outside La Tasca's control. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt.
7. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. La Tasca retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
8. The monthly winner will be the entrant who obtains the highest score in that calendar month. In the event of a tie, a winner shall be drawn at random from those entrants who have achieved the joint highest score. The winner shall be notified by email within 7 days of the close of each monthly competition. The winner is required to accept the prize within 24 hours of notification. In the event of non-acceptance, La Tasca will award the prize to the entrant who achieves the next highest score (the same acceptance period will apply for the new winner).
9. Winners may be required to take part in promotional activity.
10. La Tasca cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize or any injury or damage to the entrant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the promotion. Nothing shall exclude La Tasca's liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
11. You can find out the details of the winners by writing to Bay Restaurant Group, Porter Tun House, 500 Capability Green, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU1 3LS marked “Attention: Winners List La Tasca Online Monthly Prize Draw [MONTH] 2008”, together with a self addressed stamped envelope.
12. The promotion will be governed by English law.
